Latest Projects
This machine is created for Producity Co. Ltd after they tasked us to design a machine that to mitigate sorting issues at their button factory. Their button comes in very similar size, shape and color but has different branding. Currently, human sorting is causing the company to send wrong products to the client. Our machine aims to use artificial intelligence and machine learning to automate the process assembly.
The Nut Sorting Machine is a design challenge to sort 15 nuts as quickly as possible. The machine would be created through sensors provided in class and should be able to sort in a random order. The types of nuts include brass, steel, nylon and coins in different size.
The Nyan Cat car toy is a rubber band powered two designed to travel over 1.5 meters. The toy can disassemble into a larger Kinder Surprise egg and can be easily resembled. It is designed in Solidworks and created using a 3D printer.
